Semi automatic Pre-stretch rewinding machine is designed making the pre-stretch roll from the mother roll of stretch film,by the special pre-stretch roller system,it can result the different pre-stretch ratio sub roll.

The pre-stretch ratio is from 100% to 300%.it can satisfy the different market demand.The sub roll is thinner in thickness,narrower in width,longer in total length.The pre-stretch roll is more of economical,practical as a consumer product for packaging material.

Machine can pre-stretch slitting,and pre-stretch rewinding for the sub roll for one or a few smaller rolls.

It is an option to make the pre stretch rewind roll by tight or fluffy for the different market demand.
