Semi automatic prestretcher oscillating rewinder is designed for the mother roll into a hand roll/machine roll with pre stretch purpose.

By buyer request,It is an option to make pre stretch fluffy/hard roll,machine build with guide rail/roller system to make the rewind roll with lower tension to be soft/fluffy to avoid the damage of the roll while fall down on ground.

Machine is available to have the oscillating rewinding for hemmed/folded edge purpose for the better strength to avoid to tear.

it can stretch the film to 100%,150%,200% up to 300% for the total length from the unwind mother roll.

This model of machine can multi functional work as standard stretch film slitter rewinder if buyer request as additional requirement.

It is user friendly,cost effective.less skilled operator request,less daily maintaining needed.
